Peace and Joy

For to us a child is born,

    to us a son is given;

and the government shall be upon^[d] his shoulder,

    and his name shall be called^[e]

Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,

    Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

May God bless and keep you today. Whether your celebration is personal or with a large group, I pray that God’s peace will overflow in you and fill the place you are in right now and that the God of hope will fill you with joy (Romans 15:13).
